Process of Internal Issues:

  1. Email actionactivistsyouth@gmail.com with the subject line: Workplace Violation (Your name). In the email, state your name, the date the incident occurred, any witnesses, and explain the situation in detail. At the end of the message please briefly state how you would like for the situation to be resolved. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response.

  2.  The next course of action will be to immediately resolve the issue. The President and Vice President of the board of directors will decide the severity of the situation. If the situation is serious enough to where outside aid is necessary, then they should consult that expert on possible resolutions. They will either mediate the issue quickly or we will hold a meeting where both sides will be forced to present their cases to the Board. The Board will then discuss possible resolutions and deliver their decision to both sides.

  3. You will finally be asked to fill out a report detailing the incident so that the situation is documented and on record.

Three violations of the rules and guidelines stated within these bylaws by any member will result in the replacement of said member's position.

All members must read the bylaws.
